Employees are entitled to three days absence with pay in the event of death of their parent, spouse, child, brother, sister, grandparent or life partner. The three days must be taken together and within a reasonable time of the day of death or funeral.
In the event of marriage an Employee is entitled to three days absence with pay.
When an Employee’s wife has a baby the Employee is entitled to be paid for one day’s absence.
Employees who are called for jury duty will receive their pay, less their pay as jurors, for each work day on jury duty.
