Employees are entitled to twelve paid holidays each year, eight of them legal holidays and four personal or free days.
Two free days may be used as religious holidays.
If an Employee is required to work on any of the eight legal holidays. he/she shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half his/her regular pay and shall receive another day off with regular pay within thirty days of the holiday.
