The Employer shall contribute to a joint Labor – Management Pension Fund to provide pension and retirement benefits to Employees. Contributions are made based upon the work hours paid to Employees. The contribution rates are as follows:

For care to one client in one home or to two or more clients in different homes during the same work hours
