Jury Duty

From the Home Care Contract Summary of Selected Articles

Employees who are required to serve on jury duty shall receive pay for scheduled work time.
Employees shall be paid an amount equal to their base rate of pay or Per Diem rate, for scheduled work time, less their pay for jury duty.
