From the Home Care Contract Summary of Selected Articles
The Employer shall contribute to a joint Labor-Management Benefit Fund to provide health and welfare benefits for home care employees. The Employer shall contribute to the Benefit Fund based upon the number of work hours paid to Employees. The contribution rates are as followed:
